Each LURENZA item is made to order after purchase.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, change of mind, or event timing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a less tight fit, consider sizing up.

Shipping fees for express upgrades are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
